Fancy hotel, everything is fairly clean, its location and rooms are perfect! Efficient personnel is on explaining that we were a couple on honeymoon.

Everything was perfect, clean hotel, ideal location close to all attractions. Booked a room with balcony. They had an early check-in.

Loved the historic-style building and recently upgraded room with big bathroom. The breakfast had lots of outstanding food and drinks. It was a just perfect stay, stylish place.

This was my comfortable stay on first visit to Bilbao. I loved to be here, everything was great. The location was marvellous, within walking distance of Calzadas de Mallona.

optimal location, soothing rooms and totally professional staff. everything was really good as expected, but the bathroom was extremely small. the breakfast was generous with plenty of eggs, jam, hot waffles, pancakes and breads. the place was easy walk to bilbao city center. restaurant in hotel was lovely and the pool area was very clean.

Well, the views were not very good here.

The hotel is traditional, beds are large, bathroom is luxury. Late check out👍👍🙂

Overall it is a quiet hotel and we loved our stay, the location was brilliant on a beautiful roundabout with a beautiful fountain.

Real good stay, we had all essentials. Check-in was simple, the service was superb. Room had a luxurious bathroom and WiFi, air conditioning and terrace.

It was a good choice for our WONDERFUL stay. We went to Ginos, located easy walk to the hotel, to have some dinner. Bed was truly comfy.

Absolutely nothing.

We stayed in an suite, just walking distance from Moyua subway stop, just 10 minutes on foot. Hotel's location was close to main attractions like santiago cathedral. A great selection restaurants to eat close by, like la vina del ensanche that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Bilbao City Centre district is a good choice and absolutely worth visiting.
